New co-working space open in Biltmore area

Workuity has arrived. A new-coworking space has officially opened up in the Biltmore area. Spanning over 18,500 square-feet, this new space is located at 24th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix. The newly opened area will provide office space for approximately 250 people.

Workuity founder and CEO, Daniel Kite spoke on this new venture, saying, “Workuity was designed to bring together top-notch office design and hospitality quality service, in a connective environment to our members. Our modern design, warm colors, and unique floor plans provide small companies and individuals with offices and amenities typically found at few companies like Google or Facebook.”

Drawing on those inspirations, the official floor plan for Workuity offers a variety of secure and private work spaces confined in a layout that facilitates collaboration and the ability to network.

Blueprints include more than 4,000 square-feet of cafe and lounge space, 45 private offices, event spaces that fit up to 350 people, and 60 co-working desks.

Month-to-month memberships for Workuity range from a junior membership at $50 to a $4,600 plan that includes a group office for up to 12 team members.

Workuity memberships also include access to the conference room, internet, access to the lounge and cafe, private break room areas, even space, ons-tire fitness center, a small movie theatre, and open workspaces.
