Little Miss BBQ
Little Miss BBQ’s “Central Texas” style meats have created a strong following here in the valley and is often found with a line down the street. They offer mouth-watering brisket, moist, juicy, rich and flavorful beef, plump sausages, and meaty pork ribs to name a few. All the other meat spends the better part of the night and day in a 14-foot-long, 3-foot-wide, custom-made smoker from Texas, fueled by pecan, oak and mesquite.
All the meats are sold by the pound and are available as plates with pickles, onions, white bread and two sides, or as sandwiches (except pork ribs) with one side. Make sure you arrive early to guarantee your taste of this highly sought after barbeque.
