A homebuilder active in Arizona has been named the 2015 Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast in California.

Trilogy by Shea Homes recently earned the honors competing against other builders.

“We are thrilled to receive this honor highlighting our service to the community, to the HBACC, and the building industry,” said Preston Holdner, area vice president at Shea Homes.

Trilogy by Shea Homes is building homes in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Virginia and Washington.

Shea Homes, with an office in Scottsdale, has Triology communities in Rio Verde, Peoria, San Tan Valley and Wickenburg.

Trilogy communities offer resort-caliber amenities, including fitness facilities and a range of recreational and educational opportunities.
