Police Confirm Woman in Buckeye Gas Station Assault Video Sustained No Injuries

Last week police were investigating a potential case of assault and kidnapping after what was caught surveillance video at a Buckeye gas station.

According to officials, the female who was attacked at a Circle K is reported to be “unharmed” and the incident was linked to domestic abuse.

The Buckeye Police Department revealed in a recent press release that the female in question was located and contacted and by authorities and was provided assistance.


In the released footage, it shows a male and female stepping out of a silver sports utility vehicle once it came to a stop at a gas pump. The woman, immediately exits from the passenger seat and began sprinting towards the store but was abruptly stopped by the driver who quickly pulled her back into the car.

After that, the man returned to the driver’s seat and drove the SUV away.

Authorities initial interpretation of the video was that it may have involved a possible kidnaping and assault.
