A large-scale mixed-use development project in Mesa was recently commenced by a real estate company.
On January 31, Diversified Partners, a real estate company based in Scottsdale, announced that a groundbreaking event was held for the 17-acre Eastgate Plaza. The plaza is situated at the intersection of Elliot and Ellsworth roads in the northeast corner.
The aim of the project was to provide a variety of services to the community, including dining, fitness, healthcare, and retail. Diversified Partners currently holds the hard right corner of the site for potential future use.
According to a press release, Walt Brown Jr., the CEO and founder of Diversified Partners, expressed excitement about introducing this progress to the Mesa community.
The aim is to establish a central location that meets the changing demands of the community, bringing together locals, companies, and tourists in a lively environment.
The plaza will bring a variety of occupants, which includes Starbucks, Pure Barre, Fit FX, AVEDA, Discount Tire, and a UPS Store.
An exciting aspect of the progress is the upcoming launch of the Cambria Hotel, set to open its doors in 2025.
The hotel is planned to cover an area of 90,000 square feet on a 2-acre property, providing a total of 107 rooms. Additionally, the hotel will feature a rooftop bar spanning 500 square feet.
According to the release, Robert Mayhew, partner and project development manager of Diversified Partners, expressed that the Cambria Hotel is not just a mere accommodation, but also a spot to socialize, enjoy a beverage, and be a part of the community at Eastgate Plaza.
The hotel in Mesa aims to revolutionize hospitality with its rooftop bar, expansive outdoor spaces, and breathtaking views, offering a unique and unparalleled experience.
The Eastgate Plaza can be found in close proximity to the Eastmark Center of Industry, which is situated at the intersection of Signal Butte and Elliot roads. Additionally, it is also located within the Elliot Road Tech Corridor.
