Free Summer Concert Series for the Family

Looking for something fun, kid friendly, and free to do this summer? Check out some of the free summer concerts that are taking place across the valley!

McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park

Every Sunday through July 3rd the park puts on free concerts from 7:30-9:00pm. Genres range from Classic Rock, New Country, 90’s Rock, to Top 40. Bring a blanket or chair and some snacks to enjoy a variety of local bands. Before the concert, check out the model railroad building or take a ride on the train or carousel for $2.


Downtown Gilbert

The Downtown Concert Series is located at the Water Tower Plaza in the Gilbert’s Heritage District. Grab the family and pack a picnic or eat at one of the local restaurants and enjoy an evening of entertainment! There is a wide variety of genres of music and all concerts begin at 6:30pm.

Kierland Commons 

Enjoy complimentary concerts from some top local bands at the upscale Main Street lifestyle center that combines shopping, dining and entertainment. The concerts take place every Saturday from 7-9pm through June 25.

Superstition Springs

Sing and dance along to music from local bands at the Outdoor Amphitheater every Saturday from 7-9pm through June 25. Music genres rang from country to beach party band to 80’s & 90’s. Find the full dates and line-ups online.

Downtown Mesa

The second Friday of each month, Downtown Mesa provides a wide variety of events and activities for the entire family. You can stroll artist booths and browse shops, restaurants and galleries along Main Street. Local bands will be performing and there will be special activities for kids. Dogs are welcome and costumes are encouraged for the weekly themes. The fun runs from 6-10pm with a free movie at dusk!
