Phoenix-based West USA Realty Inc. has announced that its overall sales last year topped $2.17 billion.

West USA Realty said it closed 16,565 transactions in 2015 and its revenue has increased 49 percent since 2012.

“Special thanks to our real estate agents, staff and leadership for their outstanding commitment to customer service,” said Todd Menard, West USA Realty chief operating officer.

West USA Realty’s top three sales associates in metro Phoenix last year were Tommy Atkinson, with $20.3 million in sales; Mike Cunningham, $19.7 million; and Rebecca Duffey, $19.6 million.

West USA Realty is a full-service real estate brokerage offering residential, new homes, luxury homes, property management, and commercial sales services.

This year it is celebrating its 30th year of providing real estate services in Arizona.
