A homicide investigation is underway after a body was found in a canal in Scottsdale.
According to the Scottsdale Police Department, the body was found Sunday evening near Hayden and Indian Bend roads.
Police said they are in the beginning stages of a death investigation and detectives are working to identify the body. No additional details have been released at the present time.
