Police Arrest 3rd Suspect Connected To Murder Of Teen At Casa Grande Party

On Wednesday, the police successfully apprehended a third person linked to the homicide of Hailey Stephens, a teen who was killed during a gathering in Casa Grande on the weekend.

The Casa Grande Police Department announced that 18-year-old, Jesiah Amaru Street, surrendered himself to the Casa Grande Public Safety Facility at around 7 p.m. and was then charged with one count of second-degree murder.


The shooting occurred at a party that was being held in a vacant home early Sunday morning. Investigators say at least 60 shots were fired during the gunfight. Stephens was shot in the head and rushed to the hospital in critical condition, where she later died. An additional 17-year-old girl was also shot, but is expected to survive.

Two teenagers, a 16-year-old from Casa Grande and a 17-year-old from Coolidge, were apprehended on Tuesday in connection to the crime.
