Phoenix Police Arrest Owner of ‘Breaking Bad’ Style Mobile Meth Lab

Jan Vose

Last week, The Phoenix Police Department busted a mobile meth lab that they say resembles the RV featured in the AMC show “Breaking Bad.”

Officers responded to a trespassing call at a business near 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road on October 7. The incident began when a man was reportedly attempting to steal chemical solvents and a painter’s mask from a home improvement store. All items typically used to make meth, officials said.

Police searched his RV in the parking lot and found fentanyl and all the makings of a mobile drug lab. He also had a warrant for his arrest. He told police he had been living in the RV for three months and is homeless.

The owner of the RV, 38-year-old Jan Vose, was arrested and booked on drug charges, with an additional charge of suspicion of organized retail theft.
