Once Again, Streaming TV Costs Increase

While millions of cable customers have gone the route of cord cutting over the past five years, the trend to switch to streaming TV could be slowing down.

With many streaming services having raised their prices in 2019, the cable-free route may not necessarily mean lower costs.

With the average monthly cable bill over $120 a month, along with home phone and internet fees approaching $200, people want to know more about a new Apple service that was announced this week.

The service is expected to include 25 streaming channels, with the price coming in between $25 and $40 per month.

For $15 per month, HBO will be offering its own streaming service.

With the addition of Sling TV, Sony’s PlayStation VUE, and Hulu Plus and Netflix, there are plenty of options to choose from.
