Murder-Suicide Results In Tragic Deaths of Three Adults and a Teenager

On Monday, Phoenix police reported that four people – three adults and a teenager – had tragically died as a result of two shootings.

At around 11 o’clock in the morning, local law enforcement was alerted to the area of 27th Avenue and Deer Valley Road due to reports of shots being fired. When they arrived on the scene, they found a male and female who had been shot at a business.

Tragically, the man died at the scene, while the woman was rushed to a medical center where she passed away.

According to Phoenix police, individuals present on the scene informed detectives that they observed an individual in a car drive up to the business and leave, providing some details of the potential shooter.

The police were able to trace the perpetrator to a residence near 22nd Avenue and Utopia Road.

Upon entering the residence, police observed a male adult, suspected of the initial shooting, and a juvenile both deceased due to bullet injuries. Additionally, they noticed a canine that had been shot and died in the house.

According to officials, the person who was fatally wounded and the suspect in the incident were husband and wife, and the juvenile was their child. The authorities have not specified the connection between the deceased individual at the first incident and the shooter, but they believe the cause of the shootings was a domestic quarrel.
