The grand opening of Foley Ranch Boots & BBQ will take place on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Desert Ridge Marketplace.

The location will showcase live music, line dancing, evening entertainment, and BBQ cuisine prepared by renowned chef, Brian Duffy.
Duffy has gained recognition for his frequent guest appearances on various TV programs like “Beat Bobby Flay” and “The Today Show”. He has teamed up with the Foley team to develop a menu for the establishment.

The location has recently been completely remodeled in its 8,000-square-foot area, featuring both indoor and outdoor areas. It boasts a distinctive bar with a custom design inspired by beer caps, as well as VIP booths and an on-site smokehouse. A stage has also been added for live music performances.

The venue’s operating hours will be Tuesdays through Fridays from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to midnight.

According to a press release, Don Talbot, the owner of Foley Ranch, expressed his excitement about introducing a new concept to the north Phoenix area. He said that this idea has been in development for over 13 years and together with Clay Moizo, they are pleased to finally see it come to fruition.
