Ajo Al’s Celebrates Two-Millionth Pollo Con Queso Served, One Lucky Customer To Win a Year of FREE Pollo Con Queso

This month, Ajo Al’s, Arizona’s Original Mexican Restaurant, will serve its Two-millionth Pollo Con Queso meal. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Ajo Al’s will award one lucky customer a year’s worth of Pollo Con Queso meals.

“That’s a lot of chicken and cheese over the past 37 years. In fact, it’s over a million pounds of chicken, four million slices of cheddar, and, well, we will keep the pounds of cream cheese a secret,” said Danny Dains, owner of Ajo Al’s Camelback Corridor location.

“It is just incredible to think of how many people in the valley have passed through our doors to help us achieve this momentous occasion. Movie stars, Vice Presidents, Senators, Governors, and hundreds of thousand of valley residents have enjoyed our family’s recipes. We can’t wait to celebrate serving our two-millionth Pollo Con Queso by awarding one lucky customer free Pollo Con Queso meals for a year,” concluded Dains.

Between now and the two-millionth Pollo Con Queso being served, customers can complete a short sign-up card in any of the Ajo Al’s five locations to enter the drawing to win.  Ajo Al’s expects to hit the momentous occasion in October and currently have served 1,999,012 Pollo Con Queso’s meals to their customers. Once the two-millionth threshold is reached, Ajo Al’s will draw a lucky winner!

Ajo Al’s is a family owned and operated restaurant serving Sonoran-style Mexican food since 1986.  Ajo Al’s was founded by Patrick, a Vietnam Veteran, and Karen Dains. Their sons, Danny and Patrick, have joined the business which has expanded from one restaurant to five valley locations.
