Gilbert police have arrested a man they believe committing sexual assault and sexual abuse while working as a massage therapist.

Raul Perez Ochoa, 45-year-old, is accused of sexually assaulting at least one female victim during a massage session. Ochoa worked in the East Valley as a freelance massage therapist at El Bella Day Spa in Gilbert and also at Hand & Stone Massage in Queen Creek during the alleged assault.

Ochoa has been charged with sexual assault, sexual abuse and one charge of kidnapping.

Police are concerned there may be more victims and are asking anyone who believes they may be a victim of Ochoa to contact their local police department or Gilbert police at 480-503-6500.
