A new attraction is coming to the Sunrise Park Resort in Greer! is constructing a mountain coaster of their own!
Resort improvements are underway at northern Arizona mountain getaway and construction is underway for thrilling and exciting news of the Sunrise Apache Alpine Coaster that will be an addition to the resort.
The mountain roller coaster will be 3,287 feet in length and will be available for use all year round. Maximum speed on the ride will be 25 mph.

The Sunrise Apache Alpine Coaster is the second one of its kind in the state and will provide guests a thrilling experience for families. This attraction will be fun for all ages and offer both summer and winter activities at the popular mountain destination.
The following is the list of conditions that the resort has published for their Apache Coaster rider requirements:
-The minimum height requirement for the rider is 54″
-The minimum height requirement for passengers is 38″
-The maximum weight allowed on a wet track is 330lbs
-The maximum weight allowed on a dry track is 375lbs
The opening of the coaster is planned for Memorial Day Weekend in 2024. Until then, guests can enjoy the ski season at the resort that starts on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023.
