Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Offers Reward For Arrest of Suspect in Murder Case

The Mohave Silent Witness officials are offering $1,500 as a reward for any tips that may result in the apprehension of a suspect involved in a murder case.

Authorities are in search of Michael Edward Kelso, a 31-year-old resident of Bullhead City. Kelso has been named as a suspect in the homicide case involving the killing of 33-year-old Matthew Brent Cemper.


On March 29, an event took place in Mohave Valley, a nearby community to Needles, California on the Arizona side of the border between Arizona and California. According to authorities, Cemper was discovered deceased during the late hours of the night.

According to investigators, Kelso should be classified as armed and dangerous. If anyone has any information, they are urged to contact the authorities.
