Mesa Man Arrested for Suspected Murder of Half Brother

Mesa Police have arrested a man who they believe committed of second-degree murder in the fatal shooting his half brother.

31-year-old Jordan Urban has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of 53 year old Clark Bulliner III.


According to reports, Urban and his roommate resided in Bulliner’s residence, where he managed his excavation business. The family of the victim claims that Urban and Bulliner were also colleagues.

On Saturday, at approximately 11:15 a.m., deputies from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a report of an injured individual in the vicinity of Brown and Crismon roads. Upon arrival, Bulliner was discovered by authorities and it was determined that they had succumbed to a gunshot wound.

Jordan Urban was taken into custody for the fatal shooting of his half brother, Clark Bulliner.

According to reports, Urban’s roommate contacted 9-1-1 upon discovering Bulliner lying on the ground with a bag covering his head.

The individual who contacted the operator was uncertain about the condition of his “acquaintance.” However, there are indications and proof that suggest the perpetrator, Jordan, fatally shot the victim and attempted to cover up the incident.

Deputies from SWAT were summoned to conduct a search of the premises, during which they discovered Urban attempting to conceal himself.

Despite indications that the shooting took place in the living room, Bulliner’s body was discovered in the bathroom by investigators.

The authorities took Urban into custody for allegedly committing second-degree murder, tampering with evidence, and hiding or disposing of a deceased individual. The investigation is still ongoing. The motive for the murder is unknown at this time.
