A suspect is in custody after a fight between roommates led to a deadly shooting in Tempe on Saturday night.

Tempe police responded to a call of a shooting around 9 p.m. on Saturday evening near McClintock and Watson drives.

Reports confirmed a dispute between two roommates, that led to a shooting. One victim died at the scene. The other was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators are working to determine what led up to the shooting. Police have arrested one person in the shooting.

The victim hasn’t been identified. No additional information has been released.
