Movies under the moon! Harkins Theaters has announced plans to bring back their moonlight cinema experience at Camelview at Fashion Square in Scottsdale next week.

Moviegoers can once again experience a movie on the rooftop of the top level of the brown garage near the theater. Each Friday and Saturday nights, the theater will host their outdoor theater that features a state-of-the-art digital projection screen, comfortable lounge chair seating and wireless stereo headphones.

Harkins will be showing “Poltergeist” and “The Lost Boys.” Tickets cost $14.50 and can be bought online. Advance purchase is encouraged as the tickets usually sell out, seating is limited.

With the movie, Harkins will offer a variety concessions available for purchase to make the experience on the rooftop perfect. Available concessions include their big screen burger, flatbreads, fresh-baked cookies and of course their delicious popcorn.

Sodas, coffee, hot chocolate and alcoholic beverages such as cocktails, wines and beers will be available along with the theater’s signature cocktail, The Stardust.
