Details of the Crash Involving a Stolen Car

The suspect, 24-year-old Isaiah Sparks, was reportedly driving a stolen vehicle the wrong way — heading westbound on Jefferson Street, which is eastbound only.

Police say Sparks lost control and crashed into the victims’ vehicle. He fled the scene before officers arrived but was apprehended shortly afterward.

The other two victims were injured but are expected to survive.

The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges may be forthcoming.
