The People’s Open’ is set to return in 2022 and tickets are now on sale for the Waste Management Phoenix Open Tournament. The “Greenest Show on Grass” will take place Feb. 7-13.
“We are excited to prepare for the 2022 Waste Management Phoenix Open and look forward to giving back in a big way to our community,” said Tournament Chairman Michael Golding. “Last year brought extraordinary circumstances which required us to make some significant changes. It was difficult for everyone, but this year we plan on making a concerted effort to return to the normal operations of ‘The People’s Open’ our fans know and love.”
Officials says the Thunderbirds are preparing to resume their plans for traditional tournament operations, to build venues, welcome back fans, and, also host several activities.
General admission tickets are $50 for Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Friday and Saturday general admission tickets are $75. A weekly sponsor badge, which comes with four daily general admission tickets (Wednesday-Sunday), and one reserved parking pass, is $750.
“The interest in 2022 hospitality packages has been off the charts,” Golding said. “Every year sees strong interest from fans and sponsors, but with many people missing out on the 2021 event due to limited attendance, we fully expect to see even more interest than normal years. In fact, most of our hospitality venues are already on waitlists, and our other hospitality packages are going fast.”
