As of last week, Arizona medical marijuana users can breathe once more. The American Civil Liberties Union reports that the U.S Supreme Court will not more forward in challenging Arizona’s Medical Marijuana Act. Bill Montgomery, Attorney for Maricopa County had until Dec. 11 to follow through on the case of White Mountain Medical Center v. Maricopa County.
