Two Restaurants to Open at Former Louis XV Jewelers

President of Louis XV Jewelers, Ethan Pajak, said his business partner, David Fieler, sold the jeweler’s property on Central Ave between Medlock Drive and Colter Street in central Phoenix to a group called Focus Phoenix Central LLC.

It was reported that the buildings could be transformed into two restaurants with patios and now those restaurants have been revealed.

Two restaurant concepts that have recently been expanding in the Valley of the Sun, California-based Blaze Pizza and Colorado-based Mad Greens will be opening locations at the former jeweler.

Blaze, the build-your-own pizza joint backed by Lebron James, will be opening this fall with 60 plus seats in both the interior and exterior.

Blaze is expected to take over the jeweler’s building on the corner with Mad Greens to be in the south building.

Mad Greens the fast-casual salad eatery has 5 locations already in the Valley with another opening this month in Scottsdale.

Blaze Pizza has only one location in Tempe, but four more openings are on the way for Phoenix, Glendale, and Avondale.

These restaurants will join the likes of Postino Winecafe, Joyride, Windsor, Federal Pizza on Central Ave, and not to far away from the recent transformation of Uptown Plaza featuring Flower Child, Shake Shake, and Lou Malnati’s Pizza.
