The finance division of the automotive company, Toyota is expanding its presence in Chandler.

Toyota Financial Services signed a lease for 63,000 square feet, room for 300 employees, in a new building in Chandler’s Park Place business park on Price Road near Germann Road, the city announced Tuesday.

The office, which will serve as the company’s regional dealer service center, will also include space for training, conferencing, collaboration and breaks.

“We are excited that Toyota Financial Services continues to expand in Chandler,” Mayor Kevin Hartke said in a press release. “Toyota Financial Services has been in Chandler for more than 15 years, and this new project represents another significant investment in our community.”

The Chandler facility will be one Toyota Financials’ three regional dealer service centers as the company streamlines its field office structure, according to the release. The others are in Atlanta and Dallas.

Toyota Financial already has a customer service center in Chandler on Ray Road near the Loop 101 Price Freeway with around 700 employees.

“We are pleased to expand our footprint in Chandler, building on the success we have enjoyed with our customer service center in the city,” Tim Conlon, the company’s corporate real estate and workplace national manager, said in the release.
