Opendoor analyzed data and released the top ZIP codes in Arizona and the strongest neighborhoods for home sales in the valley of the sun.
For the findings, top zip codes were identified by analyzing data from the local Multiple Listing Services (MLS) where Opendoor brokerage operates. The information compiled were zip code rankings by total homes which went into contract within 90 days of listing in 2022.

- 85351 – Sun City
- 85375 – Sun City West
- 85122 – Casa Grande
- 85383 – Peoria

- 85255 – DC Ranch, Scottsdale
- 85396 – Buckeye

Many of the popular, rising neighborhoods have a common connection, residents are looking for more of a small-town feel, yet remaining somewhat close to an active downtown city that offers entertainment, dining, and shopping.
