In Queen Creek, construction is underway on a Target-anchored expansion of the Vineyard Towne Center, which will add retail, dining, and community spaces to one of the town’s most rapidly developing commercial districts.
Meanwhile, Mesa will see the addition of a 38-unit townhome community, expanding housing options in the area while maintaining the neighborhood’s residential character.
