Returning to the Valley for its 14th year, the McDowell Mountain Music Festival will be headlining The Shins, Chromeo, Flume, and Grouplove in 2017. The 100% nonprofit festival has a variety of artists with world touring acts from: Gov’t Mule, Lettuce, DJ Mustard, Emancipator Ensemble, Bob Moses, Railroad Earth, SunSquabi, Hayley Kiyoko to many of the local Arizona bands including: Huckleberry, Taylor Upsahl, Bear Ghost, Ozark Pappy, Treasurefruit, MRCH, and CooBee Coo.
The McDowell Mountain Music Festival has donated more than $1 million to local charities since its start and the event proceeds currently benefit Arizona locals: Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation and UMOM New Day Center.
The festival starts on Friday, March 3 – Sunday, March 5 at Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. The 3-day general admission starts at $105, single day admission is $65 and there are VIP admissions as well. For more information, tickets, and the full lineup can be found at mmmf.com.
