The Hash Kitchen to broaden its horizons

Maggiore Culinary Concepts run American-Mediterranean brunch place The Hash Kitchen is opening 3 new branches in coming months.  Tomaso and Joy Maggiore, the father-son team behind the Maggiore Culinary Concepts cook at and run their own restaurants.   The Hash Kitchen prides on offering some interesting takes on regular breakfast items. Given that the first The Hash Kitchen opened in Gainey Village in 2015, this expansion is a great going for this restaurant. The schedule of the openings can be found here:

The Scottsdale branch of The Hash Kitchen is located near Thompson Peak Parkway and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.

Highlights of The Hash Kitchen:

  • A modern and creative breakfast, lunch and bar place with music. This is a kid friendly place.
  • The Hash Kitchen is open daily from 7 am to 3 pm and prices range between $11-$30.
  • Serves breakfast classics like hashes, pancakes, frittatas, egg benedicts, scramblers, waffles, fruits, French toasts and more. Buttermilk biscuits and crispy hash potatoes accompany most egg and meat dishes. The dishes are inspired by American, Italian and Mexican cuisines.
  • Offers offbeat takes on everyday dishes like the S’mores pancake, carrot cake pancake and Oreo cookie pancake.
  • The bar serves cocktails, mimosas and bloody mary with lots of fun twists. The Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar or BYOBM bar as it is popularly known has 40 toppings for a custom bloody mary drink. The toppings range from bacon, hamburgers, sliders, peppers, cheese, eggs making the BYOBM a hearty meal for some. The BYOBM is priced at $10 each. The owners of The Hash Kitchen want the customers to experiment with their drinks have fun.
