The Best Commercials From The Super Bowl

While some felt this year’s Super Bowl commercials were lacking and key advertisers for many years were missing (such as Butterfinger and Doritos), there were some good advertisements for viewers to enjoy. Here are some of the better advertisements from Sunday’s big game.

Kia, advertising the Kia Niro, shows Melissa McCarthy the struggles of being an eco-warrior as she helps to save the environment with it being disastrous for her, but funny for us. Kia reminds you that “It’s hard to be an eco-warrior, but it’s easy to drive like one” for its hybrid crossover vehicle.

Bai, a low-calorie, antioxidant beverage, gave us Christopher Walken reciting the lyrics to the *NSYNC  hit “Bye Bye Bye’ then the camera goes over to Justin Timberlake, the lead singer from the band. It was a popular commercial with those who are fans of both celebrities.

Avocados from Mexico, shows us a secret society that has let the ‘secret’ slip out that there is good fat in avocados and then hopes that the subliminal advertising secret hasn’t slipped out. Then it shows Jon Lovitz telling us to eat more avocados as the society chows down on guacamole.

Budweiser had a commercial that many were talking about with its underlying political theme. The beer company showed us one of its founders making his way from Germany to America to make his dreams come true and without immigrants we wouldn’t have Budweiser.

Ford reminded us that we have every day struggles in life where we get stuck as the Nina Simone song ‘I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free’ played. Then the commercial showed us all those in the commercial getting unstuck and how Ford is working to help us all move in life for today and tomorrow.
