GLENDALE, Ariz. — Two women are in critical condition after an SUV crashed through a dialysis center in Glendale on Saturday morning.
The incident occurred just before 7 a.m. at the facility located at 4407 W. Peoria Avenue, according to Glendale police. Authorities say the SUV unexpectedly drove into the building, striking the two women inside.
Both victims were transported to a nearby hospital and are currently listed in critical condition. The driver of the SUV, a man whose identity has not been released, was also injured in the crash but remained at the scene.
Investigators say they do not believe impairment played a role in the collision, though the cause of the crash is still under investigation. No additional details have been released.
