Scottsdale Quarter Fifth Santa Social Event to be held on 26th November

Scottsdale Quarter will allow people to enjoy the beginning of the holiday season through The Santa Social. The highly-anticipated annual event will be held on Saturday, the 26th of November. It will start at noon in The Quad.

The Scottsdale Quarter is a premiere establishment of the Valley. It offers an open-air shopping experience and has more than seventy-five retail and dining options for people to enjoy. The upcoming Santa Special will mark the event’s fifth year.

Attendees can enjoy the event with their families. It will offer a wide range of family-friendly activities for the day. Kids can take pictures with Santa Claus and enjoy live entertainment. The event will also feature a tree lighting ceremony. Furthermore, everyone will also be able to watch a movie under the stars.

According to Alison Goodman, the marketing director at Scottsdale Quarter, they are very excited to welcome the holiday season through the upcoming Christmas-themed event. She understands that the Santa Social is something that families look forward to and has become a tradition for them. The event is able to offer a lot of excitement to families due to the entertainment it provides as well as through making use of the dining and shopping choices the Scottsdale Quarter has.

Santa’s arrival will mark the start of the event at noon. The attending Santa Clause will be available for complimentary photos with the entire family, pets included, until 6pm. Music will be played all day long. The Pete Pancrazi Jazz trio will be giving a special performance from 1pm till 4 pm. Families looking to adopt dogs and puppies can connect with the in-attendance Arizona Animal Welfare League from 2pm to 5pm.

The climax of the event will be the ceremonial lighting of the 3-story tall tree. The tree lighting will occur at 6pm. Home Alone will be shown after the ceremony, at 6.30pm. The screening will be under the stars. Families can lay out blankets, etc. in order to enjoy the entertaining film while eating snacks bought from one of the many Scottsdale Quarter eateries. 

People can make use of the Black Friday weekend offers because the Scottsdale Quarter will remain open from 10am to 9pm.
