The Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) has appointed longtime housing industry leader Michelle Sinclair as its board chair for 2026, placing a veteran executive at the helm of the state’s largest trade group representing apartment owners and operators.
Sinclair currently serves as vice president of strategic operations for The Wolff Company’s 55+ independent living division, Revel. She succeeds Adam Greco of Mark-Taylor Residential. With 38 years of experience in the multifamily housing sector, Sinclair has led teams in property management, operations, leadership development, and strategic planning.
As chair, Sinclair said her priorities will include strengthening the industry’s voice at the Capitol and in municipalities statewide while boosting engagement among AMA’s more than 3,000 members.
“I want our industry to have one voice,” Sinclair said. “We need to keep working with lawmakers so they understand the ongoing need to expand the housing pipeline and create long-term solutions.”
Serving alongside Sinclair on the AMA’s 2026 executive committee are Luis Verger of Gorman & Company as vice chair; Stacey Hogue of Greystar Real Estate Partners as treasurer; Michelle Jenson of P.B. Bell as secretary; Greco as immediate past chair; and Bry Carter of The Phoenix Staffing as industry partner executive.
The 2026 board of directors reflects a broad cross-section of Arizona’s multifamily housing industry, with representatives from property management companies, developers, construction firms, and service providers. Board members represent organizations including Greystar Real Estate Partners, Mark-Taylor Residential, MC Residential, Avenue5 Residential, RPM Living, NexMetro Development, HSL Asset Management, P.B. Bell, and Asset Living, among others.
Founded more than 50 years ago, the Arizona Multihousing Association represents more than 440,000 apartment homes statewide. The organization is a leading advocate on legislative, legal, and regulatory matters affecting rental housing, and provides education, networking, and professional development for members across Arizona.
