Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley Reveals Opening Date

The Ritz-Carlton is known as one of the most luxurious hotels in the world. The Ritz is expanding in Arizona with their newest addition, The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley, which is slated to open in the summer of 2020.

The 20-acre property will include 215 guest rooms/suites, casitas and bungalows, a spa, a 400-foot pool, a tree orchard, as well as a fitness center. The pool will be one of the longest in America.

“We are thrilled to expand our resort portfolio with The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley and look forward to bringing our legendary service to Scottsdale, a destination that has long been alluring to luxury travelers,” said Lisa Holladay, Global Brand Leader for The Ritz-Carlton.

The resort is simple, yet elegant in order to let the natural beauty of the resort’s location shine. The design also mimics a village with gardens and walkways and views of picturesque Arizonian sunsets.

The resort’s orchard and herb garden will be used in the resort’s cuisine. Seasonal produce will give diners a special, fresh dining experience.

There will also be event spaces like an amphitheater and various meeting rooms and a grand lawn with mountain views.

The hotel will be known as a “resort within a resort.” The resort will be surrounded by Ritz-Carlton owned and operated villas and homes. Residents will have access to some of the hotel’s amenities as well, since both will be branded, serviced, and managed by the Ritz-Carlton company.
