Riot Hospitality Group To Open Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse

If you think following a healthy diet means no more burgers, well think again! We’ve come to equate hamburgers with fast food; food that is full of sodium, unhealthy fats, and myriad additives. However, beef, when done right, can be a great choice for you, your taste buds, and the environment.

Hand Cut, the newest restaurant venture from Riot Hospitality Group (RHG), will be opening in late October at 7135 E. Camelback Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.  RHG strives to create a feeling of community through an exceptional dining experience. In addition to providing an electric atmosphere in their restaurants, RHG is committed to bringing quality food and experiences to every table and every customer.

In their quest to source the best food choices, Hand Cut will be serving 100 percent grass finished beef with no added hormones or antibiotics. The beef will be raised responsibly and sourced from a local Arizona based farm resulting in a completely unique grind of beef.

Grass finished beef has been shown to contain more heart friendly healthy fats, vitamins, and antioxidants than traditionally raised beef. Healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid are thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risk.

Grass finished beef has been recommended as the preferred choice by prominent environmental groups. In addition to the absence of antibiotics and pesticides, ranchers raising grass finished beef typically care more for the natural cycles of rangeland. “Conservation grazing” has also been shown to support the growth of native plants, increasing natural biodiversity.

We have, for far too long, supported the idea of cheaper is better. When you eat at Hand Cut, you’ll see that quality is better. When you eat at Hand Cut, you’ll be supporting a company that is passionate about sustainability, local economies, and your health.
