Vestar, a renowned and top notch private entity in the real estate market in the Western US, today made an announcement of the company opening its first Restoration Hardware outlet in Arizona. This will be located at the Crossroads Towne Centre. Occupying an area of about 28,000 square feet, this outlet will be located at 3757 S. along Gilbert Road, specifically at the northeast corner of Loop 202 in Gilbert, Arizona. The company also mentioned that the deal is a short-term lease.

Residents or those living around the outlet will get products such as furniture, textiles, bath ware, lighting, outdoor furnishings as well as décor just to mention a few. Their prospective clients will also get to enjoy RH Baby & Child as well as RH TEEN products from this new outlet.

R. Patrick McGinley, the Management Services President of Vestar, was more than overjoyed during the launch stating that Vestar was glad to have opened yet another outlet to add on to their tenant mix at Crossroads Towne Centre. He further mentioned that the company will strive to make their customers’ shopping experience to be one to relive besides being persistent as a company in offering convenient tenant mix on behalf of the respective owners.

Crossroads Towne Centre, the location for this brand new outlet, occupies an area of about 1.3 million square feet and it has earned a name for being a power and entertainment center in Gilbert, Arizona. Some major brands and renowned retailers have leased various properties in this center and this include; Super Target, Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, Harkins Theatres, Staples, Michaels, Sports Chalet, Petsmart, Party City, Tilly’s, Pier 1 and last but not least Famous Footwear.
