PHOENIX — The Astra Phoenix, a 44-story, 542-foot tower, is set to break ground later this year, becoming Arizona’s tallest building, developers announced.
Located in downtown Phoenix, the mixed-use high-rise will feature apartments, office space, retail, and a hotel. The project aligns with the city’s broader push to expand urban living options and revitalize the downtown core.
The announcement comes as Phoenix also prepares for a major redevelopment of the long-vacant Chase Tower, with construction expected to start in early 2026.
