A Phoenix man has been indicted in connection with a domestic violence shooting that left three people injured last month, prosecutors announced this week.
A Maricopa County grand jury returned a five-count indictment against 31-year-old Daniel Cornell Hall on September 22, days after the incident near 48th Street and McDowell Road.
Authorities say Hall shot his girlfriend, her brother, and her cousin on September 13 at an apartment complex. The victims survived their injuries.
Prosecutors allege the confrontation began when Hall showed up at his girlfriend’s apartment after previously assaulting her. An argument broke out with her cousin as the girlfriend attempted to call police. During the confrontation, Hall allegedly opened fire before fleeing the scene. He was later arrested.
Hall faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault, aggravated assault/domestic violence, unlawful discharge of a firearm, and assault/domestic violence. All but one of the charges are felonies.
His bond was set at $250,000. A trial date is scheduled for January 2026.
