PHOENIX – A tragic accident early Wednesday morning claimed the life of 68-year-old Theron Williams, who was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle, according to Phoenix authorities. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. near the intersection of 21st and Northern avenues.
