Paradise Valley estate with guest house set for May auction

A luxury Spanish-Mediterranean estate called Bluebird Paradise in Paradise Valley is set for an auction May 26.

Supreme Auctions will be selling the one-acre property with a nearly 5,800-square-foot main house in cooperation with Christina Catalano of Ventana Fine Properties, Angels RE Group.

“This estate has a unique, international appeal,” Catalano said.

Bluebird Paradise was designed and built in 2004 by Cameron Builder. The estate itself is a private enclave with four bedrooms in the main house, a 2,148-square-foot guest house, sport court and six-car garage.

The main house features a Juliet balcony, vaulted ceilings, natural hardwood floors, and faux finishes throughout give the estate a refined feel.

The master suite boasts a hand-carved Cantera fireplace. Other amenities include a wine cellar at the base of a spiral staircase and a rich-wood library.

A secondary house has two en-suite master bedrooms, as well as a separate living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room, attached to a two-car garage. It also has its own entrance and patio to ensure complete privacy for family, friends or a lease opportunity.

“We look forward to another successful auction sale here in Arizona,” said Jennie Heal, Supreme Auctions president.
