Over Easy Announces Plans to Open Three New Valley Locations

What started with one location and made popular by Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Over Easy is growing by leaps and bounds and has plans to add three more locations across the valley.

Over Easy is quickly becoming the go to place for a delicious breakfast or brunch and Chef Aaron May is working hard to keep up with the demand by adding locations in Chandler, Tempe and Glendale.  In 2023 Chandler residents can expect the newest location to open at The Shoppes at Casa Paloma, located at 7131 W Ray Road. On the other side of town, the Glendale location is slated for 67th Ave and Deer Valley, with another location coming to Tempe as well.

In 2018, Guy Fieri featured Over Easy on his popular Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and the chain took off.

The Over Easy menu is overseen by a French-trained chef that offers all the favorite comfort food including their Ham Steak with Red Eye Gravy. Portions here are tremendous that will fill you for the entire day. Additional menu items are Steak & Eggs, Biscuit & Gravy, and a Southwest Skillet. Looking for something a little less conventional? Be sure to try Over Easy’s corndog-like Golden Waffle Dogs, Breakfast Burger, or the Hatch 505 Eggs Benedict that is made with smoked pulled pork and hatch green chile on a split biscuit served with choice of potato. If you and your party are looking to enjoy more of a brunch atmosphere, you won’t be disappointed.  Over Easy offers a variety of “Brunchtails,” that includes a Spiked Chai, Adult Chocolate Milk, and Brunch Mule.

Over Easy was founded by May in 2008 and has earned the title as one of America’s Best Brunches in 2012 by Travel + Leisure.
