New Restaurant Openings in Phoenix

Several new places to dine have opened their doors in the heart of Phoenix. Here is a list of new places to add to your must try list. 

NCounter
This breakfast spot, originally from Tempe, is now open in downtown Phoenix, located near First Avenue and Roosevelt Street. Among the menu highlights are their red velvet waffles, tuna melt sandwich, loaded omelet, croque monsieur, and Waldorf chicken salads. NCounter offers mimosas and other alcohol. A third location is in the works for north Scottsdale this fall.

Salad and Go
This drive-through location offers 10 kinds of salads, which include Greek, Cobb, barbecue ranch and Southwestern Caesar. Their salads can also be ordered as wraps. In addition, their menu includes soups, smoothies and breakfast items. The newest location is at Seventh Street and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix. Another is scheduled to open in Chandler next month.

Gallo Blanco
A contemporary Mexican restaurant located in a historic building near downtown Phoenix, Gallo Blanco serves a la carte tacos, guacamole and salsa platters, tortas with house-made bread and chilaquiles. Happy hour is from 3:00-6:00 p.m. daily.

Gracie’s Tax Bar
Looking for tasty late night dining options? This new restaurant and bar located near Seventh Avenue and McKinley Street in central Phoenix serves food until 2:00 a.m. daily. Menu includes onion rings and fried pickles and chopped beef and peppers sandwich.

Evan’s on Van Buren
Located near 17th Drive and Van Buren Street in Phoenix you will find a perfect mix of southern food and seafood. For lunch, the menu offers barbecue pulled pork, jerk chicken and shrimp po-boys. At dinner, indulge in pork chops, meat loaf and ox tail. Tasty cornbread, macaroni and cheese, yellow rice and green beans are among the side options.

Aioli @ Mod
The owners behind Aioli Gourmet Burgers opened a new concept restaurant at Mod PHX, the workplace in Midtown. The new restaurant is now open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekdays and offers huevos rancheros tacos chorizo eggs Benedict, Cubano sandwich and 12 super foods salad.
