New Patio Homes To Break Ground On The Beatitudes Campus

On Thursday, February 21st, 2019, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in order to mark the beginning of construction for a new senior living community that will house 34 of the community’s patio homes.

The homes will be located on the Myrtle Avenue side of the 27 acre community, and are part of a larger master plan that will enhance and expand the Beatitudes Campus. The community offers residential living, amenities, and activities for older adults.

The CEO of the Beatitudes Campus notes that it is reasonable to see why Patio Homes are a popular choice for residents. He says that they are comfortable and convenient, and have a variety of activities and necessities that are within walking distance for the residents.

The Patio Homes will be single level, and will feature designs similar to mid-century modern. They will have several sophisticated features and finishes, like a full kitchen, garage, as well as the major draw, the front and back patios. The lifestyle package that is offered by the community includes restaurant-style dining, housekeeping services, maintenance on hand, utilities, as well as DIRECTV internet, and phone.

There are also onsite healthcare services, if the residents require that type of assistance. Residents of the Patio Homes will also be able to enjoy all the amenities and activities that are offered at the Beatitudes Campus.

The architectural firm in charge of the project is Orcutt Winslow, and the company specializes in sustainable design, as well as having experience in managing a variety of projects. Currently, more than 70% of the Patio Homes are reserved. For details call 602-995-6107, or visit beatitudesinspired.org.
