A new 240-unit multifamily housing development is being proposed for San Tan Valley, complete with an on-site daycare facility aimed at meeting the area’s growing needs.
The Wolff Company, the developer behind the project, has announced plans for the residential community along with a 68,000-square-foot daycare center. In response to local concerns, the design has been adjusted to feature smaller building footprints and integrate amenities that align with neighborhood preferences.
The proposal is scheduled for review by the Pinal County Planning and Zoning Commission later this month. If approved, the project will bring both housing and much-needed childcare services to one of Arizona’s fastest-growing regions.
