New Fitness Concept Opens in Scottsdale

The modern workout has arrived.

Simply Cardio opened its doors to the public on September 1st, welcoming all individuals who are seeking healthier lifestyles. Located in the heart of Old Town in Scottsdale, Simply Cardio is an upscale cardio and café boutique delivering a safe and sustainable 30-minute workout program in a small-scale environment.

“Simply Cardio is going to change how people workout,” Mike Jodscheidt, Founder of Simply Cardio, says. Mike is a fitness professional who has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and is local. “We’ve designed a local spot where we’ve rid all of the excuses of why we can’t make it to the gym. It’s a solution that fits everybody and it’s completely different than anything else in the fitness market. Every time our members step foot in Simply Cardio, they are going to get a challenging yet attainable full-body exercise experience and it’ll quickly become a part of their daily routine.”

Simply Cardio has made it a point to distinguish themselves from the boring, everyday gym in ways such as eliminating class times, allowing individuals to arrive and burn fat at their convenience. Also, no previous workout experience or training is needed. When members arrive, they simply walk-in, check in on an iPad, grab a towel, warm-up for six minutes on a flat screen TV, then begin the self-guided 12-station cardio and core circuit. The circuit features elite, air fit technology machines that are adjustable to individuals’ intensity preferences. Simply Cardio also features revolutionary CorePump machines, providing an innovative and safe way to strength exercise. Mike Jodscheidt is the first Certified CorePump Coach in the world, introducing these machines to the local community first.

While Simply Cardio specializes in offering 30-minute, body changing workout regimes, this is not all that is available for members. After their workout, members are welcomed to enjoy “ridiculously delicious” coffee, tea and other blended beverages outside of the studio on comfortable seating. Simply Cardio will also be selling branded fitness apparel.

Individuals’ first workout at Simply Cardio is free. Afterwards, memberships begin $159 per month. However, until September 30th Simply Cardio is offering a three-month unlimited membership for $333 in celebration of their grand opening. This package includes a one-week pass for a friend and a Simply Cardio t-shirt.
