Microsoft Purchases Land In Goodyear

Microsoft, has purchased a large piece of land in Goodyear. It’s the second time the company has purchased land in the area.

Microsoft reportedly paid $37 million dollars for the 147 acres. The land is at the intersection of Citrus and Indian School roads. The land Microsoft previously purchased is 9 miles away.

The Goodyear City Council approved an accelerated construction schedule for the land in February. Microsoft hasn’t revealed its plans for the property. Microsoft’s new parcel is located near where the Fairlife facility is being built.

Goodyear is also planning to build a civic square with a new city hall, library, and park.
