The First Church of Christ, Scientist is excited to announce this year’s lecture speaker, Michelle Boccanfuso Nanouche.

The annual event will be held Sunday, February 26th at 2:00 p.m. at their Mesa location.

Michelle Boccanfuso Nanouche is a member of the Christian Science Board of Leadership and started training to become a Christian Science nurse right out of high school. She brings with her ten years of experience in the field, experiencing many accounts of healing through prayer. The lecture titled Christian Science: What it Is and How it Feels will provide a deep dive into Christian Science, including how prayer treatment is on the cutting edge of healthcare and why genuine healing involves more than merely physical factors.

Using the life of Mary Baker Eddy as an example of early discovery of healing through prayer, Nanouche will provide attendees with a clear, logical and compelling account of the roots of Christian Science in the healthcare and healing realm.
