Mesa police arrested a father Friday night after his 13-year-old daughter allegedly crashed a vehicle into a building near Dobson and Baseline roads. Officers responded around 9 p.m. to reports that a car had left the roadway and struck an office belonging to My Arizona Lawyers.
According to police, the girl was behind the wheel at the time of the crash, with her father riding in the passenger seat. No injuries were reported, and neither was transported to the hospital.
The father was taken into custody and booked on charges of endangerment and criminal damage. Authorities have not released additional details as the investigation continues.
