Drivers along Greenway Parkway in north Phoenix may have noticed a major construction project taking shape at the intersection of 12th Street — the site of a new luxury apartment community called 12th & Greenway.
The four-story development, led by Embry, will feature 340 modern apartments and townhomes designed for upscale urban living. According to The Arizona Republic, the project will offer residents high-end finishes and amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness studios, co-working micro-offices, and a dog park.
Construction began in December 2025, with the first phase of leasing anticipated by the third quarter of 2027.
The development adds to a growing wave of multifamily projects transforming north Phoenix, an area seeing increased demand for modern housing options near major employment corridors and retail hubs.
Once completed, 12th & Greenway will bring a new level of luxury and community living to the neighborhood, offering residents resort-style amenities just minutes from key freeways and shopping centers.
