Ling & Louie’s Partners with Foothills Animal Rescue

Scottsdale restaurants raising funds for pet adoptions this fall

Scottsdale diners can enjoy a meal that gives back this season. Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill and Ling’s Wok Shop are teaming up with Foothills Animal Rescue to raise money for medical care and adoption services for local cats and dogs. The partnership will run through the end of October, offering guests a chance to support animal welfare while dining out.

Foothills Animal Rescue has been serving the Valley since 1995, providing a safe haven for homeless pets and finding them loving homes. The nonprofit operates the Brynne Smith Memorial Campus Adoption Center in Scottsdale, which houses both dogs and cats awaiting adoption. By joining forces with popular local restaurants, the organization hopes to expand its reach and continue saving lives.

Fundraising through food and drink

At Ling & Louie’s, located near Shea Boulevard, a percentage of all brunch sales from September 6 through October 26 will go directly to Foothills Animal Rescue. Guests can dine in for weekend brunch and know that their meals are making a difference for animals in need.

Ling’s Wok Shop, on Hayden Road, is also participating. Between September 1 and October 31, select entrées will be tied to the fundraising effort, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the shelter. Both restaurants are aiming to raise at least $4,000 each during the campaign, adding to the thousands they have donated to Valley nonprofits in previous years.

About Foothills Animal Rescue

Foothills Animal Rescue began nearly three decades ago in Cave Creek as a foster-based network dedicated to saving homeless cats and dogs. Over the years, it grew into a full adoption center, now serving Scottsdale and the surrounding communities. The rescue also operates a resale boutique to help fund its programs, making community involvement a cornerstone of its mission.

The Brynne Smith Memorial Campus Adoption Center, which opened in 2016, provides not only shelter but also veterinary care and socialization for animals until they find permanent homes. Volunteers and staff continue to carry out the mission with the support of local businesses and donors.

How to participate

Scottsdale residents can take part simply by dining at Ling & Louie’s or Ling’s Wok Shop this fall. Whether it’s a weekend brunch or a weekday dinner, part of the bill will help Foothills Animal Rescue provide care and adoption services to homeless pets.

Both restaurants encourage guests to enjoy their meals while knowing they are contributing to a greater cause. More information about reservations, menus, and hours can be found at Ling & Louie’s and Ling’s Wok Shop. To learn more about the nonprofit, visit Foothills Animal Rescue.

Dining out to make a difference

This partnership highlights how simple community efforts can have a lasting impact. By sharing a meal, Scottsdale residents can help save the lives of cats and dogs who are waiting for families of their own. Supporting these events not only strengthens local animal rescue but also builds connections between neighbors and businesses.
